Turnaround

Orders are shipped within three business days unless specified.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS

UPS and FedEx (upon request)
Japan Post (from Japan)

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Most of the products are shipped from our product location in Illinois, the United States, unless specified in the product page. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. If you need an expedite shipping by UPS or FedEx, please contact for additional charges. We’d be happy to arrange the shipment upon your request.

 

International Shipping

If your delivery address is not within the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

 

Our Return Policy

We want to be sure you love your art. If you are unhappy with any item purchased please Contact us immediately and we will remedy the problem to the best of our ability. We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers.

Just simply want to returns? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping and Handling fees including Insurance fee), provided the item is returned within ten (10) days from the date of shipment

Returns must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Contact us for a return approval number
  • Item must be received by us within ten (10) days of your notification on Return.
  • Item must be sent in the original undamaged packaging.
  • Item must be unused in original resalable condition.
  • Item must be shipped with full insurance covering the original price.
  • Damaged items will be refused.
  • No returns will be accepted after twenty (20) days from the date of original shipment.

 

Damaged? If the box containing the item appears to be damaged upon its arrival, refuse acceptance of the delivery and then Contact us to let us know that the shipment arrived damaged. However, when you open the package and find the item damaged, please first contact the shipping service who will advise you on your options. Do not discard the original packaging.

Please note that, unless reported immediately upon receipt, damaged item will not be accepted for return. Please take a photo of package conditions before opening the package if you suspect that the item inside might be damaged or if you notice that the package has been broken or mistreated. This information is required for insurance claim purposes.

Any item that is received damaged must be reported to us and the carrier at the time they are received.

We will give you a refund or ship a replacement (if available) as soon as all the carrier insurance paperwork is processed.
